In January, our team completed Paediatric First Aid Training, including CPR and defibrillator use, delivered by Good Skills Training. This hands-on course equipped the team with the knowledge and confidence to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
The qualification, which is valid for three years, ensures our staff remain fully prepared to provide a safe and supportive environment for all who use our services.
