Our contact centre is a safe, welcoming place where you can reconnect with your family. The Tidal team is experienced and here to support you every step of the way.
Before your first session:
We’ll give you helpful information about what to expect.
You’ll have a chance to visit the centre and look around.
We’ll explain how everything works and go over any important rules.
We’ll talk with you about how you’re feeling and answer any questions you have.
Our aim is to help you feel safe, supported and comfortable during your time here. Let us know if there’s anything we can do to help.
Remember, you won’t be visiting the contact centre forever. We’re here to help your family move towards more independent time together, in a way that feels right for you.
