Tidal Attends Isle Be Aware Event at County Hall

Tidal Family Support was delighted to attend the recent Isle Be Aware event, held at County Hall in Newport on Thursday 26th March. The event brought together a wide range of organisations supporting babies, children, families and adults across the Isle of Wight.

Designed for staff across Children’s and Adult Services, the event created a valuable opportunity for local providers to come together, share knowledge, and strengthen connections across services.

Showcasing Support at Tidal
On the day, the Tidal team hosted a stall featuring a dedicated information board, giving attendees a clear insight into the support and services we offer. This provided a great platform to:
– Share information with frontline professionals
– Highlight our approach to supporting children, young people and families
– Promote referral pathways and early help options

Throughout the event, we had some fantastic conversations with attendees, helping to raise awareness of how Tidal can support families across the island.

Building Stronger Connections
Events like Isle Be Aware are incredibly important in strengthening partnerships between services. By connecting with colleagues across Children’s and Adult Services, we can continue to work collaboratively to ensure families receive the right support at the right time.

The interactive stamp card activity also encouraged attendees to visit a variety of stalls, creating meaningful engagement and allowing organisations to learn more about the breadth of support available locally.

Looking Ahead

We are proud to be part of such a supportive network of organisations on the Isle of Wight and look forward to continuing to build strong relationships that benefit the families we work with every day.
