Tidal Family Support would like to say a huge thank you to the pupils at Ryde School for their incredible fundraising efforts in support of children and families across the Isle of Wight.
The donation was raised through a series of pupil-led fundraising activities, including daily bake sales during break times and school events, alongside a sponsored Tough Mudder challenge completed by Prep pupils around the school grounds.
The enthusiasm, teamwork and kindness shown by the pupils was truly inspiring, and we are incredibly grateful for the effort that went into making the fundraising such a success.
The money raised has already helped make a positive difference at Tidal. Funds have been used to purchase:
- New keyboards and accessories for the iPads to support activities and engagement
- Plants to help create a calmer and more welcoming environment
- Soft furnishings for Room Wave to make the space more comfortable and supportive
- Spring arts and crafts resources for children and young people attending sessions
These additions help us continue creating safe, welcoming and child-friendly spaces for the families who access our services.
Community support like this plays an important role in helping Tidal continue its work supporting children, young people and families across the Island, and we are so thankful to everyone at Ryde School who took part.
